Out-of-pocket
An initial diagnostic assessment or evaluation is billed at a rate of $250. Follow-up evaluations are charged at $150 for sessions lasting 20 to 30 minutes. If a session exceeds 30 minutes, an additional fee of $35 will apply. Please note that charges for therapy sessions may also be included in your overall bill if applicable.
Paperwork services, such as completing forms on your behalf, writing letters, providing court or legal testimony, and any other activities required in conjunction with your treatment, are billed at a rate of $100 to $400. You will be informed of the specific charges for these services before they are performed.
Affordable Care Policy / Sliding Fee Discount
CHI Med Psch PLLC in Rosharon, TX welcomes all patients, regardless of ability to pay. Sliding scale discounts are available based on family size and income. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

Initial Evaluation:
During your initial evaluation we develop a relationship with you, conduct detailed review of your past and present mental health histories. We review your medical, family, social histories, and their impacts on your mental health. Then, we establish a diagnosis, discuss treatment regimens, and develop your treatment goals.
Follow-Up Evaluation:
During your follow-up/med management appointments we address improvements in your social, biological, and psychological day-to-day encounters by assessing your response to treatment regimen, recommend adjustments, and order medication refills as needed.

We have limited spots for free consultations: Our consultation services help people who are not sure about what they want from mental health services. We help figure out if we are the right fit for them. We offer unbiased suggestions and referrals as needed
